Teachers have one of the hardest jobs in the world. Forty-three percent of all public school teachers make less than $60,000 a year, and hundreds of thousands of public school teachers have to work two or three jobs during the school year to make ends meet. There is something you can do about this today.

Stand with us to end gun violence in our schools and communities! Pledge to join students, parents, educators, and other community leaders in making my voice heard by taking action to end gun violence in our schools and communities. Enough is enough!

Take the Pledge

As activists, it is our job to talk to our communities, to share our values and work for a better life for all. By writing a letter to the editor, you can help educate your friends and neighbors about what we fight for, and why it's so important. Republican extremists in the House of Representatives are working to make deep cuts to education, healthcare and other vital services, and it's up to us to stop them.

Via MomRising: Republican leadership in Congress is considering hurting families by cutting funding for our country’s most successful early learning program, Head Start. They want to CUT Head Start by $750 million for the next fiscal year, depriving roughly 80,000 children access to this critical program!

Write Your Member of Congress

Via Parents Together:  A new proposal from Republicans in Congress would slash the free school meals program for up to 20 million kids. No kid should EVER go hungry at school. If enough parents speak out, we can stop this cruel plan to take away free meals from hungry kids.

Via ParentsTogether: We demand TikTok and Instagram create real, in-app parental controls that give parents meaningful control over when and for how long their kids are on the app. Our children’s mental health and well-being is on the line.
